<p>Hi Andreas,</p>

<p>I know it sounds stupid: but did you really transfer all connected files and not just the shp? Note that the shapefile consists of multiple files (.shp, .dbf, .shx, .prj and some more) - they all have the same filename but different extensions.</p>
