<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I can't get the Autotrace digitizing tool (the magnet) to work - neither in QGIS 2.14.3 nor in QGIS master. Is there a known issue?</p>

<p>It seems to snap to vertices where I click, but nothing is calculated in between.</p>

<p>It's a pity - since it is really useful.</p>

<p>Here are my steps:</p>

<p>0. Settings snapping options - 10 pixels to vertex</p>

<p>1. Testing with Line or Polygon layer</p>

<p>2. Start editing</p>

<p>3. Pressing the red magnet</p>

<p>4. placing start node</p>

<p>5. placing in between or end nodes</p>

<p>..> no shortest path is calculated ;-(</p>

<p>Do you have any hints what I may be doing wrong?</p>
