<p>If your Math skills are ok, you can use geometry generators to automatically create such lines.</p>
<p>Direct lines (without a bend) are trivial, lines like the ones you show in your image are more complicated to create and require some rules (e.g. until which angles the leader lines should be horizontal or vertical) and where to bend over the angled portion of the line.</p>
<p>Google for "geometry generators" - there are examples out there how to use geometry generators.</p>

It really depends on how much you want to control the line lengths etc. Not all points will have the diagonal line (unless you move the label independently)</span></p>

Field based labelling, of course, is no problem. I have read about a couple of plugins, but none of them got me there. Any ideads - the horizontal separator between the two lines is actually not really neccesary, but nice to have. Main thing is the diagonal line connecting the feature with the label.</span></p>
