I tried to make the update to QGIS 3 using the network installer 64 bit for Windows 10. The installation process worked, but the post installation procedure stopped when the file qgis.bat was called. I checked the folder 'postinstall' and found that not all batch files there were converted to *. bat.done.<br>
I canceled the installation and as a consequence I can't open QGIS 3 and the other QGIS version I have on the computer (2.18.17) as well. Doing the installation again I got the same problem. <br>
Can anybody help? I really don't know what to do.<br>
