<p>Since QGIS 2.18, there is a builtin functionality for basemaps
which offers many advantages, have a look here

to use GUI tool to add a basemap using this functionality, best
look into QuickMapServices.</p>

am new to QGIS and trying to learn as a newbie. The video was
showing me how to load a Base Map from the Internet, yet I could
not get my QGIS program, Menu, Plugins, Openlayers Plugin to
load or download and install. Here is the Error I got: "The
plugin is broken. Python said: Can not import name QtWebKit...?<br>
