Open a background layer with a WMS or from a satellite image from a plugin like OpenLayer. This layer should be in the right place. Then open each layer and click zoom to layer extent (right click on the layer in the layer panel). You will find the layer that is not correctly georeferenced or that has an incorrect CRS. <o:p></o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'><o:p> </o:p></span></p></div><div><p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:black'>Phil is correct when saying that in 3x, on the fly default. I think V3 does on the fly projections all the time.
