<p>Yep, this isn't information you can readily find via Google.
GeoSeer (<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://www.geoseer.net">https://www.geoseer.net</a>) is a search engine for such
services but we don't expose getmap_formats as a searchable
parameter. Behind the scenes though I can confirm there are 1,880
WMS services that declare `vnd.mapbox-vector-tile` as one of their
getmap_formats (of 175,752 WMS services). I.e. only about 1% of
WMS' declare VectorMaps support.</p>
