<p>I tried a sample run but it failed:</p>

2 PntType has different data type than in other layers (String
instead of integer)</span></p>
<p style="margin:0px;text-indent:0px"><span style="color:rgb(255,0,0)">Execution failed after 1.20 seconds"</span></p>
<p>It looks like it can't handle differing data types and won't
offer choices for merging fields. I wonder if there are other
tools?</p>
