I'm not familiar with the Windows packaging side. Perhaps an older
PROJ version where the existence of the grid wouldn't even be
present in the database. But do you actually get different results
when using both versions ?<br>

Geografico Militare (IGM), <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="http://www.igmi.org" moz-do-not-send="true">www.igmi.org</a>
but they don't propose it for free. You'll have to pay to
