Usually you can find the plugin you are looking for by using the search bar at the top of the dialog. The Plugin Manager will then install the plugin for you if you click on "Install Plugin". That said, the major problem with installing a plugin is finding its functionality after it is installed. It will not necessarily be found in the plugins menu. Hopefully the plugin's documentation will tell you where to find it.
