            QGIS for cities where people are oppressed by invaders or
            their own governments or by engaging in public expressions

            idea: what about individually contributing some funds "in
            the name of QGIS and freedom" to worthy organizations that

            or possibly this organization <a href="http://ukrainedemocracy.org/" target="_blank">http://ukrainedemocracy.org/</a> 
            Or maybe a Kickstarter or GoFundMe to collectivize our
