and right click there is no "Styling" option available.<br>
There is a "Styles" option which is opens a color wheel of
sorts.<br>
If I choose "Properties" </font><font face="Georgia"><font
face="Georgia">I see nothing called "Styling" listed.<br>

I downloaded the manual (QGIS-3.16-DesktopUserGuide-en.pdf)
but could not find specific instructions.<br>
