You can use the slope tool in the Processing Toolbox>raster terrain analysis folder.</div><div dir="auto"><br></div><div dir="auto">The result will be a raster with the slopes of your study area. You can then use the raster calculator to convert any pixels with a slope greater than your threshold value to either a large number or the raster null value. The remaining cells will allow you to visualize a route between 2 points.
