<p>I know that You Only Look Once (YOLO) is a neural network
approach that is not very good at detecting small objects in an
image. This may be problematic depending on the scale of your
plantation image mosiacs.<br>
</p>
<p>The image.darknet package in R is a YOLO solver. It can be
implemented in QGIS. <br>
