<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">It's certainly new territory for me and I've followed the procedure at <a href="https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/INSTALL.md">https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/blob/master/INSTALL.md</a> and am using a fresh KDE Neon install:</p>
