EPSG3857 layers in a EPSG3857 project.<br>

Using QGIS 3.34.15 there was normally no issue displaying XYZ Tiles <br>
layers, like the OpenStreetMap one.<br>

Unfortunately, the info provided by Krishna Konduru are not detailed <br>
enough to understand the root cause of the issue.<br>
