Hi Samkelo,

That will be a difficult one, if nobody has this data already. What I 
normally do in that case is to check on modelling data (which is 
actually quite accurate) from the website 
https://www.meteoblue.com/en/weather/week/beira_mozambique_1052373, 
where I then go to 
https://www.meteoblue.com/en/weather/archive/export/beira_mozambique_1052373 
to download.

Normally you can download 2 weeks of data for free, but to get data for 
30 years for one location is EUR100. Not sure if you have a budget for 
that though, but hope this helps.
