Recently QGIS held a vote to elect new members to the QGIS PSC. You can

Other notable things happening in the QGIS community:

* QGIS 3.28.0 is out and packages will be available for testing on your 
specific OS. Check the website for regular updates. Note that the .0 
releases are not production ready as they might have some bugs which 
will be fixed in the .1 releases. If you find any bugs please report 
them on the GitHub repo https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues.

* Lutra Consulting, North Road and Hobu are running a crowdfunding 
campaign to add more support for Point Cloud and 3D data enhancements
