Wiki formatting lost?

Is there something broken in the OSGeo wiki?

It seems to me that this is not the way the wiki used to look and some 
formatting is missing... missing stylesheets maybe? Or is this really 
the intended look and feel?  Or maybe it's a browser issue? I'm using 
Mozilla 1.7.3 on Linux.

MediaWikis usually look like this: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/MediaWiki
