[SAC] iso mirroring.

Dear SAC,

the [we] GRASS folks would like to get the GRASS Workshop ISO
mirrored at telascience.org since GDF's bandwidth isn't sufficient
for that. The LiveCD was used successfully for 5 workshops at
the recent Lausanne conference.

If that's ok with you, I would like to request write access to
198.202.74.220
cd /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/foss4g

to upload the ISO file.
