 In my opinion, it would be reasonable '''to make input boxes''' for ticket
 description and comments '''bigger''', especially in vertical direction by
 adding number of rows.
 Would it be possible to add  5-10 rows to these input boxes?

 BTW, I'm not sure who is responsible for Trac configuration, VisCom or
 SAC,
 so please correct me if I checked wrong component.
