[SAC] www.osgeo.org down - rescue plan?

Hi,

we discovered that much of the www.osgeo.org infrastructure is down
(server reachable). Looking at
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/SAC_Service_Status

I did not find any notes on whom to call. I have started to add
some names. Please (urgently) complete.

We need are rescue plan - it's no good to have to wait till
someone in US wakes up (I mean, we need people in different
time zones, at least for the small but blocking issues).
