[SAC] old mailing list archive

There are mailing list archives available from the old/original  
mapserverfoundation mailing lists.  Should we import the discussion  
list into the osgeo-discuss archive so we have a complete archive  
back to (pre)inception?  Or perhaps leave them as a stand alone set  
of archives?

Bob - there are fdo and mapguide related archives there as well, I  
believe... do you want them?  Daniel has them.
