[SAC] Mailman HTML->Plaintext filter not working?

Hello,
 
I've been trying to activate this feature on the mapguide-internals list (for testing before moving to mapguide-users) and it's just stripping HTML instead of converting it.
 
Could someone with an account on the server please have a look to see if this is set up properly, or if something else is going on in the Mailman logs?
