[SAC] FW: [Mapguide_users] MapGuide OSGEO Certificate Errors in IE

For much content, we simply removed references to https urls.
Shouldn't the MapGuide links just be updated by removing the https
prefix from the links.
The new site(s) doesn't specifically require SSL at this point - is
it something that should be considered for certain tasks?
