[SAC] Mailing List Change Request

List names that have now been renamed are:

 Webcommittee_dev  => webcom
 Mapguide_dev      => mapguide-internals
 Mapguide_announce => mapguide-announce
 Mapguide_users    => mapguide-users
 Mapguide_commits  => mapguide-commits
 Fdo-dev           => fdo-internals
 Fdo_announce      => fdo-announce
 Fdo_commits       => fdo-commits
 Fdo_users         => fdo-users

i've aliased oldlist name to newlist name to catch posts sent to the oldname

i removed the oldlist but, kept archives just in case.
