[SAC] Request: Web Access to SVN

All,

This is lower priority than some of the other work going on right now, 
but I am wondering if we can install one of the following tools to 
provide a web-based interface to our SVN projects at some point.

- WebSVN (http://websvn.tigris.org/), a sample can be found here: 
http://websvn.tigris.org/source/browse/websvn/.
- ViewVC (http://viewvc.tigris.org/), a sample can be found here: 
http://svn.collab.net/viewvc/svn/.

The first is the same tool that CollabNet supplied for this and the 
second is very similar.
