 I had the exact same problem with jsp files (and unfortunately entered a
 separate ticket - #79 - since I didn't see this one).

 Frank suggests this may be a timeout issue.  If I try committing just one
 file I get the error about 5 seconds after submitting the commit command.
 Seems a bit fast for a timeout, but what do I know.

 The interesting thing is that I was able to successfully commit my changes
 to jsp files from a Linux machine.  Only on Windows did I have the
 problem.  Both machines have the subversion 1.4.3 client installed.
