[SAC] request for svn/trac instance for ka-Map

SAC officials,

I would like to formally request a home for ka-Map on OSGeo  
infrastructure, specifically an SVN/Trac instance.  ka-Map is  
currently hosted in CVS on maptools but the ka-Map development  
community would like to move to SVN.

I have filed this as a request in the osgeo trac as:
