[SAC] DNS Information

Folks,

I have modified the DNS entry for gdal.osgeo.org, and now have the "keys"
to the dns control panel.  I have also moved the DNS information from the
Migration document in the wiki to the old DNS page, and updated it slightly:

   http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/SAC_DNS_Registry

If there is anyone else with the userid and password for manipulating
the osgeo.org dns entries, could you please add yourself to the list in
this wiki page?
