Yes, there is the up2date application to help do it, but I can find  
where to point it to the package repository that exists on our ISP's  
infrastructure - as per http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/ 
Migration_Documentation - I just don't know how Shawn specifically  
did it.  I'd swear I knew at one point but couldn't find the answer.
