 Please set up a mailing list for a new project SQLiteGIS. Some of us folks
 are right now piggybacking on the PostGIS mailing list to discuss
 implementing GIS capabilities in SQLite, and we would rather set up a
 separate mailing list so as to not bother the good PostGIS folks.
