[SAC] mapserver site

I know that's another incorrect destination for such a message, anyway I 
hope to share the doubt with you all good guys.

I was wandering why Mapserver web site needs such a JS file:
http://mapserver.gis.umn.edu/portal_javascripts/Plone%20Default/ploneScripts3621.js

93 kb of JS functions that, in my very modest opinion, are useless.

the real problem, anyway, is that many times my browsers (firefox or 
safari) freeze when I open a page from that site.
whatever page...

does it make sense?
