I have added wildintellect to the commiter list for the OSGeo SVN instance
which contains the marketing area.

Generally, anyone who is already in the OSGeo commit group can visit the
following url to view existing commiters and add or delete members.

   https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/auth/ldap_group.py?group=osgeo

There is some discussion of this in the Subversion topic in the wiki.
