Markus,

In my opinion we can provide a login to the machine to anyone a project
representative is comfortable with. I have taken the liberty of creating
an account for Martin on grass.osgeo.org (aka buildbot.osgeo.org) which
can be used for uploading stuff into /osgeo/download.  I'll send login
info to him directly.
