 The email account (svn_qgis at osgeo.org) used to send commit
 notifications is being repeatedly unsubscribed from the qgis-commit
 mailing list. This has happened on Feb 6, Mar 6, and today. Each time I
 have manually subscribed the address to the list to correct the situation.
