 Frank,

 IMHO this is slightly controversial our concept:

 * GRASS-SVN users (granted via PSC) are managed here:
   https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/auth/ldap_group.py?group=grass

 * GRASS-Addons-SVN users are all users of above group + those being added
 in
   https://www.osgeo.org/cgi-bin/auth/ldap_group.py?group=grass_addons

 I consider it as unfortunate that apparently GRASS-Addons-SVN users can
 add new GRASS-Addons-SVN users bypassing the senior developers (indeed, I
 didn't know that). GRASS-Addons-SVN users should be added only by GRASS-
 SVN users.

 Additionally, the idea was to not replicate names in the GRASS-Addons-SVN
 users list.
