 Now that the Quebec Local Chapter creation has been officially voted by
 the board [1], I'd like to request the creation of a
 <quebec at lists.osgeo.org> list.

 Also, we would like to seed the new list with the list members and
 archives of the temporary list that we had created to discuss the setup of
 the new chapter. Please get in touch with me when you are ready and I can
 provide the list of members and a copy of the archives.
