 Usually /usr/bin comes first in the path. However, I have now done

 {{{
 cd /usr/local/bin/
 mv doxytag doxytag_old
 mv doxygen doxygen_old
 }}}

 so that the old version is still around (but inactive) and the RPM version
 picked up.
