[SAC] OSGeo Wiki seems impaired

Yup, we already had noticed these three 'bars' - and I have to admit
that I'm uncertain about how this part had been looking before. I was
under the assumption that MediaWiki has simply introduced a new
feature - of which everyone but me knows how to use/read it  :-)

Is anyone able to offer a screenshot of the OSGeo Wiki before
yesterdays' software update ?
