[SAC] Enabling Shell Access for LDAP Accounts

Folks,

Someone appears to have tried to enable shell access for Cameron's ldap
account (camerons) by directly adding him to the telascience LDAP group.
This did not work because it is also necessary to add a bunch of properties
to the LDAP account and it took me quite some time to work out what was
wrong.

Please use the ldap_shell.py cgi-bin to add folks to the shell group, per
the instructions at:
