[SAC] dsmc backup daemon

folks,

The dsmc backup daemon has restarted - presumably peer1 staff are wasting their
time and mine by logging and restarting it despite my having filed a clear
ticket requesting it be disabled.

I have renamed the daemon binaries:

mv /usr/bin/dsmc /usr/bin/dsmc_hidden
mv /usr/bin/dsmcad /usr/bin/dsmcad_hidden

Perhaps this will make them realize something is going on.
