 Could we please get an ubuntu at lists.osgeo.org mailing list.
 Unfortunately, the Ubuntu infrastructure links emails to people with
 repository commit access.

 Consequently, now that we are about to commit code into UbuntuGIS, which
 necessitates only allowing trusted committers, we will need to remove many
 of the interested UbuntuGIS users from the email list, around 50 to 60 of
 them.
 So we are looking for an alternative list to put them onto.
