Comment:

 Hi Tom, I'm setting the "component" to SAC instead of General - that's
 usually the best so the committee gets your ticket.  Also setting to
 priority critical, assuming people are getting really stuck.

 SAC folks will have to comment on the actual issue, I'm not familiar with
 it.
