 Can you run the below update statement of the PostGIS SQLite trac db.

 UPDATE ticket SET status = 'new', resolution=null where id = 145;

 this ticket we brought over from google bug tracker, I must have
 accidentally stamped an invalid status on it so now I can't close it
 because its in limbo.  I suspect the above update should fix my problem.
