 All,

 I hereby motion for OSGeo to provide Trac/SVN/mailman support for the
 spatialindex library (and implement myself).

 spatialindex http://research.att.com/~marioh/spatialindex/ is an LGPL
 Rtree implementation by Marios Hadjieleftheriou that currently has its
 infrastructure housed at gispython.org.  gispython.org's infrastructure
 isn't quite as nice as OSGeo's (remote svn access manipulation and self-
 registration for Trac are the big items), and moving it allows me to take
 responsibility for it.
