 I concur with Markus.  We have many Trac instances, and a few bits of
 customization so an upgrade will likely be a substantial effort.  We do
 not have significant SAC resources for such a task.

 If there is a Trac guru willing to put a couple dozen hours into a
 *careful* upgrade it might be possible to move ahead.

 Such an upgrade might also be well timed with a migration of SVN and Trac
 to a new systems environment though when or how this might occur is still
 unclear.
