 Hi. As per discussions with Tyler Mitchell, please create an OSGeo mailing
 list for the .NET developer community. There are a few .NET projects
 cropping up and it would be nice to have a discussion list where we can
 talk about .NET specific issues related to open source GIS development.
 The name of the list might be:
