[SAC] osgeo1 tuning

Folks,

osgeo1 was in distress this morning as is fairly common.   I killed
updatedb, up2date, awstats, and the mysql-zrm backup processes and
restarted apache to get things working again.

I have also modified the root crontab so that updatedb is only run on
Sundays rather than daily, and so that awstats is run daily instead of
hourly.  Possibly this will help a  bit.
