[SAC] Permission denied: '/var/www/trac/el/attachments/ticket'

Hello,

I get the following error when I try to attach a file to a Trac ticket
in the ELGIS Trac instance:

Trac detected an internal error:

OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/var/www/trac/el/attachments/ticket'
